Virginia 7th District Republican Primary Candidate Interviews

DISCLAIMER: The Virginia Liberty Party Endorsed Floyd Bayne

Kirby Harris wrote an earlier column about Eric Cantor having a challenger in the Republican Primary (here), so I thought I would follow it up with interviews.

With the Republican Primary for Virginia's 7th District fast approaching on June 12th, a few days ago I extended an invitation to both candidents, Eric Cantor and Floyd Bayne, giving both candidates the exact same amount of time to respond to my request. As I figured would happen, Eric Cantor stood me up in 2012 like he did in 2010 (read about it here). Floyd Bayne granted me an interview.
*Stay tuned for Kirby's interview with independent occupy candidate for the 7th District congressional seat Dr. Vivek Jain.

All Our Republican Virginia Congressmen and our Senators Mark Warner and Jim Webb Voted for Spy Drones

What if you were told that Congress had just passed a bill called the FAA Reauthorization Act. And slipped into the bill was a law that orders the Federal Aviation Administration to develop regulations for testing and licensing of commercial drones by the year 2015. Also you were told that Obama is expected to sign it into law.

Would you believe it? Would you think I was talking about the plot in a novel about a bad dystopian society? The short lived cult classic Dark Angel had such flying spy drones called hover drones that spied on the people.

Or would you believe this was reality? Impossible you might say, this is America. Why would our Congress and President allow flying spy machines to keep a watch on us.

Well I am afraid to say its reality. Both houses of the Us Congress just passed this bill, its expected to land on the President's desk and he is expected to sign it into law.

Our leaders are supposed to protect our liberties and privacy. That's what the leaders of the Democrats and Republicans tell us. The Republicans say they are against big government, but what else are Spy Drones.

Republicans voted overwhelmingly for this, with eight voting against it, one who is Presidential Candidate Ron Paul (see the record of his vote here). And the Democrats overwhelmingly voted against it with two voting for it.

   Ayes: 223 (Democrat: 2Republican: 221)
  Nays: 196 (Democrat: 185Republican: 11)
  Abstained: 13 (Democrat: 5Republican: 8)

Tea Party Vote

Supposed limited government Tea Party Darlings Sen. Marco Rubio [R, FL] and Rep. Allen West [R, FL-22] voted for this as well. I guess their true anti-liberty anti-true Tea Party colors are showing.

Virginia's Votes

All eight Republican's in our Virginia Congressional Delegation failed us and voted for the measure. Both our Virginia Democratic US Senators voted for it. All three of Virginia's Congressional Democrats voted against it.

To contact the Virginia politicians and let them know how you feel about how
they voted in regards to this atrocity, then click their name and follow the link.

Why should conservatives vote for Rino and a big government republican like Eric Cantor?

Many people would try and convince you to re-elect Eric Cantor. But why would any freedom loving constitutionalist American want to do that?

Eric Cantor talks the talk but he doesn't walk the walk. We as conservatives can't let people like Eric Cantor steal our money in the guise of working for us just because there is an R by their name, and they talk the talk.

All a good conservative has to do is deeply check into Eric Cantor's voting record (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/person.xpd?id=400060) and they will see he is no conservative, at least not the definition you and I have.

Mr. Cantor voted for both bailouts, he made sure earmarks went to the bank where his wife is an executive, he voted for the big government boon-dongle No Child Left Behind, he voted for a new Medicare entitlement the Medicare Prescription Drug Program when Medicare is already broken and the list goes on and on and on and on.

He has lost touch with the people and has actually never been a real conservative.

If every real conservative would jump off of Captain Eric Cantor and his Republican Big Government Ship, and vote for Floyd Bayne, the Only Conservative in the Virginia 7th District Race, then he will be our next Congressman. So, look into Cantor's Record and look into Floyd Bayne for Congress at:

Laura Ingraham Grills Eric Cantor

It's another edition of 'Where's Cantor?'

LIVE ON FOX, on the defense with Laura Ingraham tonight. CantorWON'T commit to ANYTHING! Wow, Congressman, looks like the American public doesn't fall in line with your institutionalized incrowd. Someone's really starting to ask the real questions now! You'd better loosen your collar if you're going to shake your head 'no' as fast as you can while saying 'yes'.

You think you're friends with the press? Well guess what -- patriotism runs deeper. I'll bet you're still shaking your head! AHA, HERE'S the reason you won't address your constituents or debate your opponents . . . because you can't fight the PATRIOT in US!

[[APPLAUSE for Laura Ingraham]]

The people seem to know what a REAL conservative sounds like. Stay tuned for the Bayne campaign, Congressman (http://www.floydbayne.com/).
