Christopher Sullivan wants to work to nullify unconstitutional laws forced on Virginia from the Federal Government.

He wants to restore Food Freedom so you, not the government can choose what foods and medicines you can buy, or what foods you can grow or raise on your property.

From his site: We are no longer permitted to sell many foods to our neighbors and communities without massive capital investment or compliance with federal, state, and local codes and regulations. What business is it of the government if my neighbor wants to purchase and consume fresh raw (unpasteurized) milk, meats, or canned goods?

He has also vowed to cut taxes and spending by abolishing the income tax on an individual’s wages and make Virginia’s corporate tax the lowest in the nation.

He also wants to bring “One Subject at a Time” to the Virginia General Assembly so politicians can’t sneak things in or kill a bill by adding non-related riders to a bill.

From his site: “I believe that we can very quickly, cleanly, and transparently repeal much of our burdensome codes and laws by proposing “one bill at a time”. This is to say that each bill should stand or fall on the merit of a proposal for ONE initiative, and that having one bill cover a sweeping variety of issues just to acquire support in the General Assembly (i.e. the recent Transportation Tax legislation) needs to be a practice of the past. As your delegate, I will sponsor a bill that will require future bills to be tightly constrained to one topic, and that each bill must state precisely what clause under the Constitution of Virginia allows for such legislation.”

And last but not least Christopher Sullivan will defend your right to self defense and the 2nd amendment.

From his site: "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." – Amendment II of the United States Constitution
Our right to self-defense comes not from the government, nor from the Constitution. It comes from our nature, our existence, and our Creator, and can logically be derived from the notion that you (and no one else) own yourself.
